By using DataDepot in any capacity, you agree to these Terms, which remain effective while you use our services. These Terms encompass this document, our Privacy Policy, Provider Agreement, Content Guidelines, and any other policies or guidelines we may publish.
You affirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are using DataDepot on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization or entity to these Terms.
Registration may require creating an account and choosing a password. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information. DataDepot is for your personal or organizational use, not for the benefit of third parties. Account transfer without our written permission is prohibited.
Your chosen account name should not infringe on others’ rights or impersonate another person. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel account names at our discretion.
The content you create is yours. Any data, research, or content you upload or provide to DataDepot remains your property, protected by copyright and other applicable laws. This includes datasets, analyses, comments, and any other contributions.
However, by posting content on DataDepot, you grant us a limited license to use your content to operate and promote DataDepot. This includes a global, nonexclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable right to use, market, and distribute your content through DataDepot.
We may remove content from DataDepot for any reason, at our discretion, and without notice.
We respect intellectual property rights and may delete or disable content alleged to be infringing. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.
You are responsible for your activity on DataDepot and must comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
As a user of DataDepot, you have the privilege of accessing a wide range of content provided by our providers. This content, which may include reports, datasets, analyses, and other forms of research material, is intended solely for your personal or internal business use.
You are permitted to download content from DataDepot for personal reference or as required for your professional activities. These downloads are meant for your use only and are subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Redistribution, public sharing, or relicensing of any content obtained from DataDepot, in part or whole, is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing content with individuals or entities who are not authorized DataDepot users, posting content on public forums, websites, or social media platforms, and repackaging or reselling the content in any form.
All content accessed through DataDepot remains the intellectual property of the respective providers or its rightful owners. Your access to this content does not transfer any rights, title, or interest in the intellectual property to you, except for the limited usage rights granted herein.
Certain content may be subject to additional licensing terms set forth by the providers. It is your responsibility to review and comply with any such terms, which may include limitations on the use of data or specific attribution requirements.
Any unauthorized use, redistribution, or relicensing of content accessed through DataDepot constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your account, legal action by DataDepot, the content provider, or both, and may subject you to damages.
By using DataDepot, you acknowledge and agree to these content usage terms and commit to upholding them in full respect of the intellectual property rights of content providers and DataDepot.
Your interactions with other users or third parties on DataDepot, including any transactions or disputes, are solely between you and those parties. DataDepot is not responsible for these interactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataDepot, its licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential damages, or any amount exceeding $100 or the total fees paid by you to DataDepot in the past twelve months.
DataDepot is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. To delete your account, contact us at support@datadepot.xyz. Some obligations under these Terms will survive account termination.
DataDepot is committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of DataDepot at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you of material changes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of DataDepot after changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
Violations of these Terms may result in account termination. We have sole discretion to determine if a violation has occurred.
